General Procedures

All students enrolled in graduate programs (Master's/PhD) who are currently in the course or thesis, including newly enrolled students, must renew their program registration for the 2025-2026 Spring Semester.
Registration is performed via the Student Login at https://bilsis.hacettepe.edu.tr/.

IMPORTANT: The registration process begins when the student selects courses and gives approval in the automation system. It is only completed after it has been approved by their advisor. Students whose program registration is not approved are considered unregistered. The responsibility for this belongs to the student.

Payment Information

Wire transfers (Havale) or EFT methods are not accepted for tuition fee payments.

Recommended Method: Online payment via Credit Card (Virtual POS).
Students required to pay tuition will use the Halkbank 3D payment method within the Student Information System (BİLSİS).
After being redirected to the Halkbank Virtual POS page and completing the payment, students must return to the course selection page to select their courses.
Credit card information is not stored on BİLSİS; payment security is provided by the bank.
Payments will be reflected in the Student Information System (BİLSİS) instantly.

Tuition Fee Table

Citizens of Turkish Republic (T.C.) and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)
This applies to students who have exceeded the maximum education period (excluding legal leaves)	2025-2026 Spring Semester
PhD Students exceeding the period (9th semester and above)	557.50 TL
Master’s with Thesis Students exceeding the period (5th semester and above)	557.50 TL
NonThesis Master’s Students exceeding the period (3rd semester)	557.50 TL
Students with a second enrollment in another higher education institution	557.50 TL
International Students
International students pay tuition fees amounting to two (2) times the Current Service Cost determined for Turkish students by Presidential Decree	6,651 TL
T.C. and TRNC Citizens in Programs Taught in a Foreign Language
Students who have exceeded the maximum education period	2025-2026 Spring Semester
PhD Students exceeding the period (9th semester and above)	836.25 TL
Master’s Students exceeding the period (5th semester and above)	836.25 TL
NonThesis Master’s Students exceeding the period (3rd semester)	836.25 TL
Students with a second enrollment in another higher education institution	836.25 TL
International Students in Programs Taught in a Foreign Language
