Registration

Accepted applicants should click  //enstitu.hacettepe.edu.tr/aday.jsp and get "id" and "password".

Accepted applicants should enroll in the program online within the prescribed time for new student applications via these "id" and "password" and with required documents. 

Registrated students get "student number" ("id") and "password".

Registrated students should deliver the printed forms of the courses selected which are signed by Head of The Department, Advisor and the students themselves, to Graduate School of Health Sciences Student Affairs.

Required Documents

• ALES Score

♦ Candidates must achieve the minimum scores specified in the table showing minimum ALES scores and score types.

♦ ALES scores must be obtained in last three (3) years.

♦ Candidates should deliver the exam result forms printed from the OSYM web page and also declare that the document is correct with his/her handwriting on the form and sign it with name and date.

       GRE-GMAT Score

♦ Minimum score of 149 from Quantitive Reasoning of GRE is accepted as a substitute for ALES.

♦ Minimum score of 450 from GMAT is accepted as a substitute for ALES.

♦ Please check ALES-GRE and ALES-GMAT conversion tables.

• Foreign Language Score

♦ Graduate program candidates must provide the minimum score of Foreign Language Examination (YDS) or other national and international foreign language exams accepted by OSYM (stated in OSYM equivalence table) and the Senate of Hacettepe University.

 ♦ The admission requirements of programs for foreign languages are given in the table.

 ♦ Foreign language scores must be obtained in the last five (5) years. (In accordance with YOK’s decisison on the validity period of foreign language exams)

♦ Candidates should deliver the exam result forms printed from the OSYM web page and also declare that the document is correct with his/her handwriting on the form and sign it with name and date.

♦ YOKDIL exam scores are equal to YDS scores. (YOK’s decision on YOKDIL-YDS equivalence)

• A Copy of ID Card on A4 Paper (For Turkish candidates)
• A Copy of Passport on A4 paper (For international candidates)

MD-PhD Special Studentship

• Applicants accepted as special students should click //enstitu.hacettepe.edu.tr/aday.jsp and get id and password within the prescribed time for special studentship.
• Registrated studenst should deliver the printed forms of the courses selected which are signed by Head of Department, Instructer and students themselves, to Graduate School of Health Sciences Student Affairs.
